Terms & Conditions for Sale and Return of Books
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website, platform, or direct channels are subject to confirmation and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within the stated processing time.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier or external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or logistics issues.
4. Return Policy (5-Day Return Window)
Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Return requests after this period will not be accepted.
5. Return for Wrong / Incorrect Book
If a wrong book is received, the customer must provide a complete, unedited unboxing video clearly showing:
Package seal
Opening of the parcel
Book received
Invoice/label (if available)
The video must not contain any cuts, edits, or interruptions.
Without a proper unboxing video, return or replacement requests will not be accepted.
6. Return for Damaged / Defective Books
Returns will be accepted if the book is received in damaged, misprinted, or defective condition.
The customer must share clear photos/videos showing the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling will not be eligible for return.
7. Conditions for Return Acceptance
Returned books must meet the following conditions:
Must be unused, unread, and in original condition
Must not have torn, folded, written, or marked pages
Must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
Must include original invoice/bill (if provided)
Books failing to meet these conditions may be rejected.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Books purchased under clearance, sale, or discount offers (unless damaged/wrong)
Personalized or customized books
Digital products / eBooks
Bulk or institutional orders (unless otherwise agreed)
9. Return Process
Customers must contact our support team with order details before returning any product.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval.
10. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged book), return shipping will be borne by us.
If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
11. Refund & Replacement Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned book, we will process:
Replacement or
Refund (as applicable)
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
12. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
In case of cancellation before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased book.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Intellectual Property
All books, content, designs, and materials are protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
15. Misuse of Return Policy
Repeated or fraudulent return requests may lead to account suspension.
We reserve the right to refuse service in case of misuse.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
